Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Mix Batter: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg and melted butter. Gradually add wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until combined.

  • Cook Pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (for about 2 minutes), then flip and cook for another minute.

  • Assemble: Stack pancakes and spread Pure Harvest Classic Strawberry Preserve between layers. Top with more preserve, fresh strawberries, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
